FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Each service of coaching, counseling or consulting will require a 15 minute complimentary consultation to make sure that this is a good fit to meet your needs.  If we determine that Greenwercs is not a good fit for you, it matters to me that you get the support and the care you need. I will be more than comfortable to help you find someone who will meet your needs.

Unfortunately, this is not a definite answer.  Everyones circumstances are different and everyone is unique to a timeframe of coaching or counseling with acceptance of their goals.  The ultimate goal is personal development and commitment to be your best self.  The consulting services timeframe will vary based on the specific service provided.

Each service provided is for adults.  Individuals who are 18+. Although, any age group can be serviced for sports counseling.

Counseling services can only be offered in Oklahoma and Texas.  Coaching and consulting services can be offered to any individual, group, or organization domestic and/or international.

Telehealth counseling or video conferencing can be done on your electronic device (ipad, phone, laptop or desktop).  For coaching and consulting, video conferencing can be on a video platform such as zoom, google meet, etc . For counseling, telehealth appointments, you are sent a link to your session through my tele-health system.

All information that is discussed between you and I is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Greenwercs without your consent.  There are instances, however, when I am obligated to disclose confidential information.  These are as follows 1) When a client presents a physical danger to self or others, 2) When child or elder abuse is suspected, 3) When ordained by the court to release information.

Greenwercs is an Out Of Network/Private Pay Business.  Greenwercs does not take insurance.

I do offer reduced rated sessions/sliding fee scale based on financial need for limited spots.  Please be advised that securing a limited spot for reduced rate or other financial arrangements are not guaranteed. I will be more than happy to discuss these options with you during the initial phone consultation.  It matters to me that you have the access to the support you want and need.  If it is not workable for me to take you on as a client.  I will help comment you connect you with someone who can.
